PurHeart Replacement Program offers are valid on purchases made on PurHeart.com only. The PurHeart Replacement Program is part of how we support our Happiness Guarantee. If you use the PurHeart Replacement Program, you agree to the following terms, which are incorporated into our Terms of Use.

PurHeart Replacement Program:

• offered exclusively to one product per year
• must be redeemed within one (1) year of original item purchase date
• are only open to individuals who are 18 or older
• WSB products (wraps and gel packs combo packages) – refunds is not available for hygienic reasons

To redeem a PurHeart Replacement Program offer, please contact our Client Services Team here to submit your PurHeart replacement item claim (“PurHeart Replacement Claim”). We generally limit one (1) PurHeart Replacement Claim per customer per item, except we may impose further limitations if we reasonably believe that an individual is misusing the PurHeart Replacement Program. Upon review and validation of a PurHeart Replacement Claim, a member of our Client Services Team will,in PurHeart’s sole discretion, send one item of similar to the original item purchasedto the address associated with your account, provide a credit of comparable value to the original item purchased. PurHeart replacement items will only be mailed to the country to which the original item(s) was shipped. Allow 7-10 business days for delivery in the United States. PurHeart Replacement Claims generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the claim process are void. Items provided as part of any PurHeart Replacement Program offer will not trigger a donation item and are not to be offered for resale. Except where such limitations are not permissible under applicable law, the Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, delayed, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled PurHeart Replacement Claims, emails, codes or mail; or for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with a PurHeart Replacement Program offer, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of any PurHeart Replacement Program offer, the processing of PurHeart Replacement Claims, or in any PurHeart Replacement Program offer offer-related materials. PurHeart reserves the right to cancel any of our PurHeart Replacement Programs and related offers at any time. Except where such limitations are not permissible under applicable law, PurHeart, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in any PurHeart Replacement Program offer. PurHeart Replacement Program offers are void where prohibited. PurHeart Replacement Program offers are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Personal information you provide in connection with any PurHeart Replacement Program offer will be used in accordance with PurHeart’s Privacy Policy.
