With this profile, you can view and order products with a registered and approved account with PurHeart. Our Wholesale Account Registration Form is applicable to ‘only’ collect business information to obtain or maintain an account with PurHeart. An un-expired document validates an approved account.

If your purpose is to resell PurHeart’s products, per California State Law, a Resale Certificate is required. This is known as a Sales Tax license or Sales and Use Tax Permit in other States.PurHeart needs proof that the buyer intends to resell the product by providing a resale certificate to allow the tax-exempt purchase.

** In California, Resale Certificate is similar to Reseller Number, Seller’s permit, Exemption Certificate, Wholesale License, or Reseller’s License. PurHeart will review and verify the certificate, and someone will notify you via email.
